We are currently looking for someone to work on our aggregate crew with equipment operating and welding experience. These positions are full-time with an excellent benefits package, competitive wages and consistant hours. We are a merit based pay company and truly value each employee.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Perform daily preventative maintenance, pre-trip and post-trip inspections * Ability to load trucks with a rubber tire loader * Working knowledge of various welding techniques * Good communication skills  * Good judgment regarding work site access and equipment operation * Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner * perform all tasks with Safety in mind *ability to operate CDL vehicles as needed a plus * Knowledge of MSHA regulations beneficial

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  * Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment required * Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred * CDL Class B or higher preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Lift objects of various dimensions and weights * Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push and pull objects * Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather
